The Program

During your 5-day stay with us you will learn many tools that will help you be successful in the future. The listed modalities below may or may not be used for each individual person. All depends on the situation and we work with each client to best address their needs.

 

The program starts on Sunday between 3-4pm. The first night will consist of an opening session and dinner. Monday-Wednesday will be full days of intensive work. The last day on Thursday will be a half day and will have a closing session around noon.

What to Bring?

-Casual attire, modest bathing suit, workout clothing, pajamas

 

-Light Jacket, closed-toed shoes and hat for outdoor activities

 

-Personal hygiene items

 

-Approved prescription medication
